TheSoulmate.Club Blog Author Terms of Service.

The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you (the Author) and TheSoulmate.Club Blog. They strictly govern your use of TheSoulmate.Club Blog’s site, services, mobile apps, products, and content (“Services”).
Whenever you post anything at TheSoulmate.Club Blog, you agree to these Terms. In case you disagree with the aforementioned Terms, you do not have the permission to use TheSoulmate.Club Blog.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. If a change was made, you’ll be notified before they take effect. As for other parts of TheSoulmate.Club Blog, you may not copy or adapt any portion of our code or visual design elements (including logos) without express written permission from us, unless otherwise permitted by law.

Crawling the Services is permitted if done in accordance with the provisions of our robots.txt file, but scraping the Services is prohibited.
We may change, terminate, or restrict access to any aspect of the service, at any time, without notice.
TheSoulmate.Club Blog use is suitable for users of 13 years old and over. By using TheSoulmate.Club Blog, you affirm that you are over 13. If we learn someone under 13 is using TheSoulmate.Club Blog, we’ll terminate that account.

To enable a functioning community, we have rules to ensure usernames are distributed and used fairly, we have a Username Policy. Severability. If any provision of these terms is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, you agree that the court should try to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision and that other provisions of the Terms will remain in full effect.
In plain English, we offer you free service to publish and promote your articles with images worldwide, as our Blog incorporates with our soon to be launched dating site (TheSoulmate.Club), with worldwide profiles and inbuilt convenient user language translation. In appreciation, we at TheSoulmate.Club Blog will carry all design, server, image storage, and bandwidth cost.
In any case, you should have a backup copy of your articles and images stored on your PC, cloud storage, or another website.
